Austin Gold
Director of Online and Program Services
Austin Gold is the UNC-Chapel Hill’s Online and Program Services Director for Digital and Lifelong Learning. In this capacity, he leads all service groups under Digital and Lifelong Learning, including Conference Services, Instructional Design, Student Services, and Creative Services.
Austin was previously the Associate Director of Conference Services for Digital and Lifelong Learning, where he redesigned and increased catering and technology service offerings while also modifying staffing strategies to assure great service delivery. Prior to joining Digital and Lifelong Learning, he was the Carolina Union’s Assistant Director of Event Services.
He graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies.
