DLL Leadership to Present at UPCEA 2023 Annual Conference

DLL’s Leadership Team will present this month at the UPCEA 2023 Annual Conference. UPCEA is the leading industry organization for professional, continuing, and online education in the higher ed space.

In the talk, titled Setting the Stage: Managing Change to Prepare for Growth, the group will discuss the organizational change required to support several new large-scale programs – including several online degree programs and campus continuing/professional education partnerships – and the major change management process required to evolve the organization into a matrixed model that helps service groups and program areas collaborate more efficiently, effectively, and easily.
