UNC-Chapel Hill boot camps now include Career Connections fair

Students and graduates of UNC-Chapel Hill’s boot camps, as well as others supported by 2U, now have the opportunity to network face-to-face online with recruiters and representatives from some of today’s leading tech employers. The new Career Connections fair used table-to-table networking and small group interactions to help maximize the quality and flow of conversations, providing students with the strongest opportunity to make connections and gain knowledge that can help them in the next step of their careers, as well as long-term.

To learn more about the Career Connections fair and its impact on employers and career-seekers, check out 2U’s blog post, Meet the “Difference-Makers”: My Talk with the VA About Boot Camp Talent and Our Inaugural Virtual Career Connections Fair.

UNC-Chapel Hill Boot Camps prepares students with an immersive online classroom experience led by experienced and skilled instructors. We offer in-demand courses in coding, data analytics, digital marketing, and tech project management.  Graduates receive a Professional Certificate from the William and Ida Friday Center for Continuing Education, showcasing their accomplishment to future employers, as well as a portfolio of projects demonstrating their mastery of the topics covered throughout the program. The boot camps are supported by 2U. For more information, visit https://bootcamp.unc.edu/.
